This Privacy Policy explains how personal information shared through the DXN Orion website is handled when you request project pricing, availability, a callback, or access to project plans.
Information we may collect
When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your full name, mobile number and preferred apartment configuration. Please provide only information that is relevant to your project enquiry.
Anonymous visitor count
We use a first-party cookie containing a randomly generated browser identifier to display an approximate unique visitor count on the website. This counter does not store your name, mobile number or IP address.
How we use your information
Your information may be used to respond to your request, share DXN Orion pricing and availability, provide requested project materials such as the Floor Plan or Master Plan, and arrange a callback from the sales team.
Sharing of information
Your information may be shared only with the project sales team and authorised service providers who help respond to your enquiry. Enquiry submissions are processed through a secure server endpoint and forwarded to Google Apps Script and Google Sheets for lead handling. Information is not sold for unrelated marketing purposes.
Fraud prevention and request limits
To protect the enquiry service from automated or repeated submissions, we apply limited technical controls. These may use short-lived, cryptographically hashed technical identifiers; they are not used to identify you for marketing.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the enquiry, provide requested information, meet legal obligations or resolve a concern. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect personal information from unauthorised access or disclosure.
Your choices
You may ask to update your enquiry details, request deletion where applicable, or withdraw consent for further follow-up by emailing us. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing carried out before the request was received.
